1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Elva Cornet ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Elva Cornet for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Purchasing and Payment

4.1 Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time before purchase confirmation.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via EcoCash, OneMoney, Visa/Mastercard, GhostFund wallet, and Cash on Delivery. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Zimbabwe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected.

5.2 Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery is available for 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized items, and items marked as final sale.

6.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Vendor Terms

7.1 Vendor Registration

Vendors must apply and be approved before selling on the Platform. We reserve the right to reject any vendor application at our discretion.

7.2 Commission and Fees

Vendors pay a commission on each sale. Commission rates vary by product category and are disclosed during the application process.

7.3 Product Listings

Vendors are responsible for accurate product information, pricing, and inventory management. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law
  • Transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, another user, or any other person or entity
  • Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform

9. Privacy Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Elva Cornet or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Platform, even if Elva Cornet or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
