Elva Cornet is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers in Zimbabwe. We provide a platform for vendors to list their products and for customers to purchase these products.

3. User Accounts

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Vendor Terms

If you are a vendor on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay applicable fees and commissions
• Handle customer service for your products

5. Customer Terms

As a customer, you agree to:

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Original packaging must be included

Elva Cornet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including breach of the Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
